In 1998 HIPP + BEST Architects PC, then named J. Clark Hipp Architect, PC, completed a 3,500 sf orthodontic clinic located in Monkey Junction. This project included the site development, building design and interior finishes for a new structure.

As noted the square footage of the new structure was 3,500 sf. Design services included mechanical, electrical and site design services necessary to complete the project. Interior finish selection was also part of the scope of design services. The budgeted construction cost was $325,000 and actual cost was $334,000.
