The firm has completed many renovation and new construction projects for a variety of clients and users. In the past five years clients have included UNC Wilmington and UNC Pembroke, the Wilmington Family YMCA, along with other developers and private clients. Projects range from a new five-story office structure in downtown Wilmington to interior up-fits at the UNCW Randall Library for a 24-hour computer lab, to a new 15 unit multi-family structure.

Presently HIPP + BEST Architects, PC Includes two architects, an Architectural Intern and an Office Manager. While our office is located in Wilmington and a significant portion of our projects are located in the New Hanover County area, we have broadened our range of services throughout southeastern North Carolina, including projects at the Dare County Airport, UNC Pembroke, Farmville and Oak Island in Brunswick County
