In 2000 HIPP + BEST Architects PC, then named J. CLARK
HIPP Architect PC, was asked to provide and extensive
renovation design of an existing structure for the new
offices of Hedrick, Blackwell & Criner. The existing
structure was a 1960’s era structure with many
deficiencies and the exterior was dated and unattractive.
The new design included complete renovation of the entire
7,400 sf structure and incorporated offices for 10 lawyers
with their accompanying assistants and secretaries.
The front elevation was completely replaced with a new
facade and window treatment to create a distinctive
appearance.
