In 1999 HIPP + BEST Architects PC completed the design of speculative office structure in downtown Wilmington, NC. This three-story structure was designed to integrate with the historic character of the surrounding area and utilizes historic materials and detailing. The entire building, 7,500 sf, is presently leased to legal professionals. HBA provided the interior up-fit designs for these offices as well.

This project was completed under a Design/Build contract with a local developer/contractor.
