In 2000 Principal Rick Best, working in his former private
practice in Durham, NC, completed an 11,000 sf medical
clinic in Roxboro, NC. This two-story structure was
designed to accommodate a four-doctor general medical
practice. The design included procedure and patient
rooms on the first floor and offices, staff and conference
rooms on the second. Rick provided full design services
for this project, including the necessary mechanical
and electrical designs through consultants. Construction
observation services were also provided to assist the
owners during construction.
